      We have been in powered garden tools business for 11 years old, especially chainsaws, brush cutters, hedge trimmer, earth auger and other small garden machines. and we have skilled experiences for them. We have good relationship with lots of them and parts factories, and they are located in Zhejiang, Wuxi, Chongqing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shandong and etc...they cover most of China.

3. Our Services:   

1). Sourcing new garden machines or parts and others. 
2). Telephones follow up ; communicate with supplier to make 
      sure they understand what our customer wants. 
3). Responds to e-mails from customers, suppliers and third 
      parties that related to the project daily. 
4). Supplier evaluation or background check : we can go to the 
     factory to check size, management, facility etc for our 
     customers before they make a decision to visit the factory 
     from far away. 
5). Plan trips in China for our customers, including appointment 
      booking, hotel booking, car arrangement, translation etc. 
6). New products development: You can provide sample or drawings to factory, and we will track the sample,then make sure the product meets your expectations. We strongly recommend our customer send samples to our office and let us send the sample to factory.

• We will contact the person who is in charge of our customer's order to confirm the Chinese address and other contact details and choose the best courier agent. 
  
• We can take photos of the sample and write down the important points for later inspection. 
  
• We can send the sample with Chinese description for the important points that factory needs to pay attention to while they are making the sample.

7). Inspection . Please remember that we work on the behalf of our customers. We will inspect goods strictly according to customer's requirements, and report to them the inspection result. In our company, taking ?ed bag' or ?ommission' from factories is prohibited. To submit a complain, please send e-mail to agent@chainsaws-parts.com
